Fast food POS

Fast food POS: a queue that moves, a kitchen that does not jam

In fast food the bottleneck is always the same: the time between taking payment and handing it over. MZPoS is built around that stretch.

A fast counter

The best sellers in sight and one tap away, with their options and extras without leaving the screen.

Numbered orders

Every order carries its number from the moment it is paid, so calling the customer does not depend on remembering what they ordered.

Kitchen display

The kitchen works from a screen and sees how long each order has been waiting, not just which ones exist.

A screen for the customer

Customers can see their order and its state, which cuts the questions at the counter.

Peak hours

It is built for the moment twenty orders land in a row, which is when you find out whether a system works.

Self-order kiosk

On the Pro and Premium plans, customers order on a touch screen: a menu with photos, sizes and extras, to eat in or take away. They pay at the till and the order goes to the kitchen as soon as it is paid.

The equipment you need

A tablet or a computer to take payment. The Windows app drives the receipt and kitchen printers and keeps taking payment if the internet drops. The kitchen screen, the order screen for customers and the kiosk open on a tablet or a computer with a monitor, and are optional.

Which plan to choose

Basic covers the counter, payment, receipts and the cash close. Pro adds the kiosk, the kitchen screen, stock control, staff management, modifiers and promotions. Premium adds customer loyalty and advanced inventory. Pay monthly, yearly or with a one-time licence.

Who it is for

Built for businesses that

  • Work on volume and fast tickets
  • Have a queue at peak time
  • Cook to order in a few minutes
  • Want to keep an eye on handover time

Frequently asked questions

Can I have more than one till point?

Yes. Several points can take payment at once and all of them finish in the same close.

Do I need a kitchen screen?

It is not required, but it is where fast food gains most: the kitchen stops depending on paper dockets.

Does the kiosk take card payments?

No. The customer orders on the kiosk and pays at the till; the cashier takes payment like any other counter ticket.

Does it work if the internet drops?

Yes. The counter computer keeps taking payment with the Windows app and catches up when the connection comes back.

How much does it cost?

From €39.99 a month + VAT on the Basic plan. There are three plans (Basic, Pro and Premium), each payable monthly, yearly or as a one-time licence; all prices, excluding VAT, are on the pricing page.

Does it include VERI*FACTU invoicing?

VERI*FACTU available with an active MZPoS Fiscal & Cloud service.
