Points that expire
If you want, the balance expires after the months without earning that you set, so the program does not pile up old debts.
Marketing with permission
Email invitations only go to customers who ticked the box when ordering or booking. The box starts unticked, and the consent is recorded.

Does the customer need to download an app?
No. Points and rewards are kept inside MZPoS.
Can I send offers to all my customers?
Only to those who gave consent by ticking the box. MZPoS never ticks that box for the customer.
