Your own online shop, no commission
Customers order on your own ordering page, for collection or delivery, and the order goes straight into the till and the kitchen. No marketplace percentage: you pay your plan. They can pay cash, by card on collection or to the driver, or by card there and then.
Delivery areas
Mark on the map where you deliver: 3 km rings around your venue, areas you draw yourself or postcodes, each with its own minimum order. Orders you cannot serve do not come in.
The equipment you need
A tablet or a computer for the counter and the phone; the Windows app drives the receipt and kitchen printers and keeps taking payment if the internet drops. A kitchen screen and an order screen for customers are optional. Your online shop needs no equipment at all: customers order from their phone.

Frequently asked questions
Can I run counter and delivery at once?
Yes. Both channels live in the same system and finish in the same cash close.
Can the customer track their order?
Yes, each order has its own tracking, which removes a good share of the calls asking how long is left. Live delivery tracking and driver management are on the Pro and Premium plans.
Do you take a commission on online orders?
There is no marketplace commission: orders from your own online shop do not pay MZPoS a percentage, you pay your plan. If the customer pays by card through MZPay, that payment carries its own per-payment fee, like any card payment.
Does it include VERI*FACTU invoicing?
