Bookings from your own page
The guest picks a day, time, party size and area, and is told straight away if no table is free at that time. You confirm the booking and, if they left an email, we let them know.
Bookings with deposits
Guests book from your own page, pay a deposit if you ask for one, and the booking lands on the same screen the floor works from. When they arrive, the table opens with one tap.

Ask for a deposit per person or per booking, from a party size you choose and only on the days you choose. The guest pays on Stripe's secure page and the booking only goes through if they pay.
Decide whether the deposit is always refunded, refunded only if they cancel with the notice you set, or never. If the guest does not show up, the restaurant keeps the deposit.
When the guest comes, the deposit is deducted from their bill or refunded to their card, as you prefer. The invoice is still for the full amount.
Mark the booking as seated and that table's order opens. Bookings that do not come are marked as no-shows by staff.
Guests can choose their food when they book: the kitchen starts when they arrive, and they pay at the table.
Bookings are on the Pro and Premium plans; the waitlist on Premium. To take deposits, switch on MZPay and connect your Stripe account.
