Online and QR ordering
Online and table orders, straight into your till, with no commission
Customers order from their phone, on your own page or by scanning the table's QR code, and the order reaches the till and the kitchen like any other. There is no percentage per order: you pay your MZPoS plan.
No marketplace commission
Orders from your own shop do not pay MZPoS a percentage. If the customer pays by card through MZPay, that payment carries its own per-payment fee, like any card payment.
Three ways to pay
The customer chooses: cash, card on collection or to the driver, or card when they order.
An online menu with its own prices
Decide which dishes are sold online, at what price and in which sizes, without touching the menu in the venue. If you set nothing up, the till menu is used.
Delivery areas and minimum order
Mark on the map where you deliver, with 3 km rings, drawn areas or postcodes, and the minimum order for each area. An order below the minimum cannot be sent.
QR ordering from the table
In restaurants with table service, the guest scans the QR code, orders from their phone and the order is added to their table. They can change or cancel it until the kitchen starts preparing it. Available on the Pro and Premium plans.
Bookings with a deposit
From the same page, customers can book a table and pay the deposit by card on Stripe's secure page, under the rules you set.

Frequently asked questions
How much do you charge per order?
Nothing: there is no marketplace commission on orders from your own shop. You pay your plan. Card payments through MZPay carry their own per-payment fee.
Does the customer need to download an app?
No. They order from their phone's browser, both in the online shop and with the table QR code.
Can I receive orders from the website I already have, such as WordPress or Shopify?
We are testing it with a first restaurant: orders from WooCommerce, Shopify or your own website come into MZPoS. It is not available to everyone yet. Meanwhile, you can link to your MZPoS ordering page from your website and social media.
Do online orders get a VERI*FACTU receipt?
Orders paid through MZPoS are recorded like any other till sale. VERI*FACTU available with an active MZPoS Fiscal & Cloud service.
